Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
Your custom piece will be shipped white glove, blanket wrapped and hand delivered. I have transporters I often work with and trust to deliver with care. I do not provide insurance, however you are able to purchase as at a small additional cost when booked through www.uship.com. Shipping can be the longest part of the process as transporters have 'runs' they do, and often have delays due to weather, traffic and sadly, mechanical issues. Vintage furniture does not need assembly, but does need care and attention therefore the wait is often annoying but necessary :-)
How long does a custom order take?
Time for completion may vary. If you choose an item from my inventory you will only need to decide on color and finish. The whole process most often takes 2 weeks. If there isn't one on hand that suits your needs, I will search locally, send you photos for approval and obtain the perfect one. Availability will effect the time needed to complete your project.
Caring for your custom furniture
Care instructions
Your newly finished furniture needs to cure for 21-28 days.
Please treat it with great care during this period. Avoid excess handling, clean with mild soap and water.
**Do not use any abrasive products or tools. To obtain best results when removing unwanted stains, use a slightly damp chamois cloth. Avoid all contact with furniture polishes, sprays and excessive water.
A moderate climate is best - avoid extreme heat or extreme air conditioning as well as excessive moisture or dryness.
If treated with respect, your painted furniture will give you enjoyment for many years to come!
What are the payment options?
I accept all major credit cards through Square, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, I will keep you up to date on progress to allow for any adjustments if needed. Never hesitate to reach out and ask any questions you may have.
What paint do you use?
The majority of my pieces are finished with excellent quality chalk paint, sealed with clear wax giving it a protective finish. Mineral paint is another product I work with, which is sealed with a clear coat.

About Our Policy
I select quality solid wood furniture and ensure all drawers and doors are operating as they should. As these pieces are often up to 100 years old, they may have some bumps and bruises that I believe tell their story and these imperfections are what make the item authentic.
